The contract of the head coach of the Olympic team of Ukraine Ruslan Rotan and his coaching staff has ended.

Rotanya was appointed head coach of the youth team of Ukraine on June 28, 2018.

During this hour, under the current regime, the Ukrainian youth team played 47 matches. Also, under the guidance of the Rotan coaching staff, the Ukrainian Olympic team played 11 matches. Once again, with my assistants, I will finish the bindings of the head coach of the national team of Ukraine.

At the time of work in the national team of Ukraine, the coaching staff of Ruslan Rotan included Vasil Kardash, Oleksandr Melashchenko, Vitaliy Reva, Sergiy Kravchenko, Oleksiy Chistyakov, Yevgen Barishnikov and Yevgen Gres.

“To Ruslan Rotan and his coaching staff for their paid work on the youth and Olympic teams of Ukraine,” said the President of the Ukrainian Football Association Andriy Shevchenko.

It is significant that 15 football players who debuted in the youth team when they left Rotan have already played in the national team. Moreover, nine of them were at the Ukrainian harvest warehouse for Euro 2024.
