Hajduk head coach Gennaro Gattuso sent Ivan Perisic out of the team for indiscipline, reports Sportske Jutarnji.

The reason for the dismissal was the unsatisfied behavior that the 35-year-old retired player allowed himself to do during training before the match of the 2nd round of the Croatian championship against Lokomotiva. As a result, Perisic did not go with the team to the game.

The Croatian responded to the coach’s sanction on his Instagram:.

“Today is an important match, and I don’t intend to ruin the calm lads of the club, paying attention to myself. I wish good luck to the whole team, and we can talk about what happened later,” he wrote in a gravel.
