The Ukrainian footballer shared his thoughts on how to change the club after the first half of the season.

Head coach of Metalist 1925 Viktor Skrypnyk commented on his move to the Kharkiv club from Poltava Vorskla.

“I am my team, my coaching staff, if we cancel the new video, we understand what we will have to deal with. I respect myself as a professional coach, I started my coaching mastery in Nimechchina, but it’s not a secret. My coaching path has blossomed in me. I was in Latvia, where we won everything in Riga. Then I had a chance to try my luck in Ukrainian football. I've lost such opportunity. These three fates that I lived with Zorya are the period that I value for myself most eminently.

Then I wanted to turn back to Nimechchina, being closer to my homeland. Except after the large-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, I don’t want to sit outside the border and start shaking my cowardly fists. I want to be in Ukraine. Then we’ll go to Poltava Vorskla, which is why I’m so happy. This is the same fate that I was in Poltava, I can guess with satisfaction this hour. We played in European Cups. For those minds that we had, our coaching staff became a fighting team.

The coach always wants some feedback. We talked to the Kerivnitstvo of Vorsklya and came to the headquarters, which required this to be done. Perhaps it would be better this way, as for Vorskla, so for me. It didn't sound paradoxical. I have other propositions, but I know the people who work in Metalist 1925 well.

The key was that you don’t want to stand aside from what is developing. I spoke with Kerivnitsev and got to know the president of the club, Volodymyr Nosov. Those that I now feel and understand that Metalist 1925 is an ambitious project, such speeches attract. I don’t want to wonder how things are developing here, but without you. The axis, one might say, has become the key. I have never been afraid of clicks and I am not afraid. The more complex, the better. I will tell this to the coaching staff and the team.

I had only a little time to leave Vorskla, because now the team is in such a state that it will equal the fate of the past, and we will be closer to the European Cups, at least. We, who already stink, made it to the semi-finals of the Ukrainian Cup. Ale mi live at such an hour that you can’t say what will happen tomorrow. This is how the situation developed. And here I was just introduced to the ceremonial work of Metalist 1925. Those words sounded like they would comfort any coach, any doctor.

At the same time, I know to myself, I will always give in to work. I would like to develop and achieve these ambitious plans that we discussed with Kerivnitsev. I want to live this life, so that later, guessing, I can find out why we started and where we got drunk. Why shouldn’t we become those people who would say: “Do you remember how we were given? We had the lowest point, as someone’s life was in Metalista 1925, if the team was on the border. “And then a new investor arrived, they settled down, a new coach arrived, and off they went and began to develop.”. Taking part in this ambitious development is not just an honor, but a blessing. We don’t just want to lose the UPL and the impending doom of a new mother’s task is not to fly out. If you want to be here, then you need to be brothers.

In this case, as we have now, we cannot, with 30 soldiers on the team, say goodbye to 15 and ask for 15 new ones. I want, maybe, I want to work like that. Prote, I want to get to know everything. We have another part of the championship to solve the problem of eliminating long-term matches, and then determine how to strengthen the need. Those that I study, if I gravitate against Metalist 1925, and in the middle - there are two great differences. I need an hour. It will take a month, two, three, and then the championship will end. So, it is necessary to get started so that we can finish this season calmly. And then we can make the right decisions based on the principles and positions.

Of course, we discussed that we would develop, that we would strengthen. Those that sound like “develop” are one of the most important ones, because the system always works. The system - but if you have money in you, you only buy money if you want and want to work, but if you are planning a long journey, then you need an academy, a school.

I worked at the club, where the whole structure was already working. We currently live in Kiev, but the academy operates in Kharkov. What is good is what you do. Unfortunately, the young boys do not have the courage to be instructed to train on one field and study, like the gravers of the first team train on the court. This is all very important for the Kharkiv boys. We are talking about those who are right. Ale we can figure out what time we live in.

Well, vertically, offensively, traditions, so that the stinks arise - very important. We are at the same time in Vitoki, Metalist 1925 - this is a very young team. This is not Werder, which is the 125th anniversary. You want to develop everything, you can practice, work on competitive teams on the youth level, initially in Ukraine, and then on the international level. We know how it works. It is necessary for everything to work out: feasibility, freedom. This path is ending. As I already said, you don’t want to stand aside in front of something like this.

I started at Werder as an assistant of the U-15 team, having lost my license through the river, they gave me a command, we started to work, and then it turned out that I had defeated the head team of Werder. Of course, I will share my evidence. This is why I am in Ukraine, why I am in Metalist 1925. I am a fan of my country, with joy and pride I say that I am Ukrainian! And everyone respects us. Well, why not share what I have with you?.

Which trainers in the world do you like the most and why I root for the coaches I know. Well, since I’m sick, I’ll have to be careful first. I don't have anyone I want to be similar to or look up to. It develops in such a way that it is not the same, so that you stitch behind them. Ale Klopp - I know especially, Guardiola - I know especially. This does not mean that we are friends on the phone alone, like friends. And if you get results, you lose respect to those you know.

Many times I marveled at how football managers play. I don’t play anything myself. What I love? I love to read, marvel at films, where you don’t just sit and laugh, but where you need to think. My hobby is football. So, this is my profession. Happy is the person who earns money for her hobbies. And so, of course, my homeland is in the first place.

Play games - there’s nothing like that in me. I'm so happy I can marvel at good football. I can marvel at First League football, where they play in the wild. I give credit to the Bundeslizi, because I have such a taste, I’m more drawn to this tournament. I want to see the top matches of other championships and I am satisfied. Team more, Champions League, especially if the stages are on.

I am even more radium than we are going out, as the President said, in the dark. I’m really glad that we started celebrating Christmas Day, like in Europe, in the chest. That's right. I want our people to believe and know that the truth is behind us. These are not the ones we can overcome, but so be it, because the truth is behind us.

After 17 games, Metalist 1925 gained 15 points and took 12th place in the UPL tournament table.
