The parties agreed on the details of the new one-year contract and should sign it soon.
Young moved to Inter in January this year from Manchester United for 1.5 million euros. The current contract of the winger with the Milan club expires in June this year.
In the Nerazzurri T-shirt, the 34-year-old player had 7 fights, distinguishing himself by one goal and one assist.
It was previously reported that Inter offered Dris Mertens more favorable terms than Napoli.
