According to Lubomir, there is no way in this business without cottage cheese and buckwheat, but in other countries they are quite difficult to find in stores.

"Cottage cheese could not be found in France. But we have refrigerators, and if we leave for a collection for a long time, then we take cottage cheese with us ".

"We also take buckwheat. Everything else is there, but I like the quality of products in Ukraine much more than in the west. And the attitude of cooks and people in the kitchen in hotels in Ukraine is better than in Europe ".

“I worked in 26 different countries with different cooks and I can say that everyone’s attitude is different, some meet and are ready to help, some don’t”.



"But everything is solved. We always send the rider, where, in addition to the products, we indicate how many staff we need in the kitchen. This is provided by the hotel.. And in Ukraine there are assistants who go with me ".

"Once there was a case when the hotel did not provide me with a single assistant. There was one Pole among the chefs who volunteered to help me, otherwise I would cook one.
