The most "roaming" football player in history - Abreu - entered the Guinness Book of Records

Striker Sebastian Abreu received a Guinness certificate for having changed a record number of clubs during his career.

The 41-year-old Uruguayan has officially issued a unique achievement, becoming the world record holder in the number of professional teams for which he played.

In December, Abreu moved to the Chilean club Audax Italiano, which became for him a record 26 in his career.

"Honestly, I never tried to get into the Guinness Book of Records, but I was very happy with the certificate from them," said Sebastian.



During his unique career, Abreu played for such clubs as Defensor, San Lorenzo, Deportivo La Coruna, Gremio, Estudiantes, Nacional, Cruz Azul, America, Dorados de Sinaloa, Monterrey, San Luis, Tigres, River Plate, Beitar, Real Sociedad , Aris, Botafogo, Figueirense, Rosario Central, Aucas, Sol de America, Santa Tecla, Bangu, Central Espanol, Puerto Montt and Audax Italiano.
