The Swiss Thomas Grimm was elected to the post of the president of the Ukrainian Premier League.
Since the previous head of the ULP Vladimir Geninson refused to participate in the new elections, 58-year-old Grimm was the only candidate for this post.
Following the vote, the Swiss received support from 10 of the 12 clubs.
At his post, Thomas will spend four years, after which the next election.
Previously, Grimm was the president of Young Boys and was the head of the football league in Switzerland. Also Thomas helped Ukraine with preparations for Euro 2018.
