The Italian Football Federation announced the shortlist of candidates for the post of head coach of the Azzurra Squadra.
According to the vice-commissioner of the Italian Football Federation, Alessandro Costacurta, the national team will be headed by either Antonio Conte, or Roberto Mancini, or Luigi Di Biagio.
"We will announce the name of the new coach in June," Kostakurta told the board meeting of the FFI in Querciano. - They will be someone from the three Mancini, Conte, Di Biagio. Just want to say that I am not an adherent of Antonio Comte. My words were misinterpreted.
I do not consider him an ideal candidate, but I think that he perfectly coped with his work when he headed the team ".
Currently, Conte is associated with a contract with Chelsea, Mancini is working in Zenit, and Di Biagio is appointed acting head coach of the Italian national team for friendly matches against England and Argentina, which will be held in March.
