Ex-director of Shakhtar Joe Palmer is called to lead to success the revived AFC Wimbildon.
Joe Palmer was the Executive Director of Shakhtar on strategy, commerce and marketing. After a career in Ukraine, he went to England, where he received a position in Sheffield Wednesday.
Nevertheless, for a long time there Palmer did not work and decided to accept a new challenge. So, Joe is appointed to the post of Executive Director of English AFC Wimbildon.
Wimbildon was revived in 2002 and went from the 9th Division in the English hierarchy to the Football League (the third most important after the Premier League and Championships).
