This allowed to increase the gap from Belgium, which scored 0.4 points due to the victory of Zulte-Waregem and is the ninth (37.7 points).

But the lag behind Portugal has increased: the victories of Guimaraes and Porto, as well as the draws of Braga and Sporting brought one point, and now the Portuguese, running the seventh, total 43,248 points.
