The boss of the main European football body, Alexander Cheferin, stated that he would not be afraid to punish PSG if it was proved that the French club had violated the rules of the financial Fair Play.

This summer, PSG has signed contracts with strikers Neimar and Kilian Mbappa, whose purchase, as a result, will cost 400 million euros.

In order to bypass the restrictions of the financial Fair Play, the Parisians took Mbappe for a one-year lease, thus transferring a payment of 180 million euros for the summer of 2018, while Neimar completely bought himself from Barcelona, ??having previously received money from the Qatari club owners.

Given these facts, UEFA launched an investigation into the financial activities of the PSG, and the president of the organization Alexander Cheferin said that he would not be afraid to punish the Parisians.

"If the fault of the PSG will be proved, I will have to exclude this club from European competition," said Cheferin.

"We will not be afraid to punish the PCG. No one can be above the law ".

Previously, the rookie of Paris Kilian Mbappa distinguished himself in his debut match.
