Manchester City expects to strengthen its composition with the help of Alexis Sanchez. According to the Portuguese media, recently negotiations on this transfer have advanced.
The City already has an oral agreement with Arsenal on the transfer for 56.5 million euros.
A major influence on the transaction is also provided by Josep Guardiola, who personally met with Sanchez and persuaded him to respond with an agreement.
The current Alexis contract with Arsenal expires in a year and the parties could not come to an agreement on the extension, which forces the Gunners to look for options for selling their leader.
During the last round of negotiations Sanchez demanded 20 million euros a year from Arsenal.
