The most mysterious thing for me in this situation was the position of Olympique - perhaps it means a lot, perhaps it just happened so.

I will say from myself, although I've heard this point of view from others and different people many times: the grounds to prevent Desna probably were (like the vast majority of other professional clubs in Ukraine), moreover - in sufficient numbers.
