Porto offered a contract to ex-coach Fiorentina Paulo Souza.

Paulo Souza, who refused to renew the contract with Fiorentina, received a proposal to continue his coaching career in Porto.

Vice-champion of Portugal, parted with his now-former coach Nuno Espirit Santo, is ready to sign a two-year contract with the right of prolongation for another year with Paulo Souza, who, when he was a player, was in favor of the sworn enemies of the Dragons - Benfica and Sporting.

For his 12-year-old coaching career, Paulo Souza worked with Portugal's youth team (U-16), Queens Park Rangers, Swansea, Lester, Videoton, Maccabi from Tel Aviv, Basel and Fiorentina.
