Manager Manchester United Jose Mourinho confirmed that the left back Luke Shaw will not help the Red Devils in the end of the season.

The show suffered damage in a match against Swansea City when he left the field nine minutes after the start of the meeting.

"Luke Shaw will not play this season again," Mourinho said at a news conference ahead of the match of the half-final of the Europa League against Selta.

"This is a serious injury, and we are waiting for the results of the re-examination to make a further decision".

In the current season, 21-year-old Shaw spent 19 matches for Manchester United in all tournaments, 17 of which in the starting lineup, and was marked with 1 assists.
