The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine has compiled a list of athletes who went abroad with special permission, but did not return after the completion of sporting events. The corresponding list, which includes 236 people, is published on the official website of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Famous football players Artem Gromov (AEK Larnaca, Cyprus) and Vladislav Kulach (Zira, Azerbaijan), basketball players Andrey Kozhemyakin and Alexander Kobets, hockey players Dmitry Nimenko, Filipp Pangelov-Yuldashev, Evgeny Fadeev, as well as e-sportsmen from the team. A complete list of persons who violated their obligations regarding the terms of return to the territory of Ukraine after the end of a sporting event can be viewed HERE. It should be noted that among the violators there are no three Ukrainian football players who in the winter of 2023 arranged transfers to European clubs: Mikhail Mudryk (Chelsea), Viktor Tsygankov (Girona) and Ilya Zabarny (Bournemouth).
