Women's handball team of Ukraine again beat North Macedonia and made it to the World Cup.

The first match of the second round of qualification ended in favor of the Ukrainians on the road with a score of 24:22.

Formally, the home return game for the Ukrainian national team was held in the Hungarian city of Kisvarda and similarly ended with the victory of the hosts of the site with a score of 31:22.
