Ukrainian paradudo wrestlers won the medal standings of the European Championship among people with visual impairments.

The national team of Ukraine was represented by 10 athletes with disabilities, each of whom won high awards at the European Championship.

Three representatives of the Blue-Yellows were the most successful, having won 2 gold medals each (individual and team): Nikolaychik Natalia, Gavrisyuk Anzhela and Garnik Anastasia.

In individual competitions, Ukrainians won 9 medals (4 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze).

It should be noted that the competitions were held for the first time since 2019, when the preliminary draw of the tournament was hosted by another Italian city of Genoa.. The Ukrainian national team finished the then European Championship with seven awards (3 gold and 4 bronze), taking first place in the final medal standings.
