Swedish “Malmo” decided to part with head coach Uwe Resler.
The reason for the resignation was the different views of the parties on the further development of the club.

Resler coached Malmo since summer 2018. In the championship of Sweden-2019 “Malmo” took second place, behind the champion “Djurgarden” by one point.
At the group stage of the Europa League, the Swedish club took first place, ahead of Copenhagen, Dynamo and Lugano.
