Kiev "Dynamo" refused the services of the attacking midfielder French PSG Hatem Ben Arfa.

According to FootballHub, the player's agents offered Ben Arfa to the president of Kiev Igor Surkis, but the Dynamo did not want him.

Note that the contract Ben Arfa with Parisians is calculated until June 31, 2018. The player has been in the PSG since mid-2016.
