This is not a novelty to him, he repeated this many times. The first attempt fails, and he, and his coach - both look slightly disappointed. Such miracles happen from time to time, telling us how great the power of the human spirit can be.

To understand how thoughts are related to the very concrete results that you expect from your workouts, let's start with goals. Many people simply do not have them, so they do not care where they will end up and when. But there are those whose goals are written down to the smallest detail. For example, a few years ago I met a young businessman from Germany who told me about his career aspirations, each of which was related to a specific BMW model that he would drive at this stage of his life.

Most of us are too unfocused and do not have clearly defined goals, but why not try to change yourself right now? What will you do next year? Maybe you will get rid of the extra 10 kg of fat or gain the same amount of muscle mass? Break the way to achieve your goal in separate segments.

If now you are lying down lying 100 kg, and next year you are hoping to squeeze 150, then determine the intermediate goals - 120, 130, 140 kg and so on.
