The National Olympic Committee gave a special award to the best athlete of the month for Olga Harlan.
The award was for the heroine of the July sports record - the tenth. For rewarding Harlan, the NOC of Ukraine made a special statuette - at the bottom are engraved small images of the previous nine statuettes with the date of receiving these awards.
Harlan wished to receive the same Oleg Vernyaev, who still has 9 figurines.
"It's very difficult to conquer Olympus, but it's even harder to stay on it. So Olga is a vivid example of a man, a strong sportswoman, who was able to subdue him and continues to confirm her leadership in the international arena, "the president of the NOC, Sergei Bubka.
Recall, Olga Harlan at the World Championships in German Leipzig in individual competitions won the "gold".
