In particular, it is recommended to use the “Online Data Correction” function in the “Reserve+” application. If there is no response to the online application, you should submit a written application to the TCC at your place of residence, and also send a copy of the application to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In addition, citizens can appeal decisions or actions of officials in administrative or judicial proceedings..
“The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine ensures the consideration of such requests and takes measures to correct possible inaccuracies, including those related to data processing or their transfer to electronic systems,” the ministry noted.
