Martial law and general mobilization continue in Ukraine. For violation of military registration rules, those liable for military service may be subject to fines imposed by the TCC and SP.

There are currently five types of military registration violations for which the TCC can impose fines. These include:.

– ignoring a summons or failure to appear on a summons;

– refusal to undergo a military medical commission;

– damage or loss of accounting documents;

– evasion of registration (in particular for boys over 17 years of age and women in medical specialties);

– untimely notification of the TCC about a change in place of work, residence or marital status.

If a fine is imposed, the citizen receives a written notification by mail with details. You can also check the information:

– through the Unified Register of Debtors, where open enforcement proceedings are displayed;

– contact directly the territorial recruitment and social support center.
