In Ukraine, at the time of war, the draft line is not an absolute guarantee of protection from mobilization. They can be seized in advance if the tax base has lost its validity or the circumstances have changed, which is confirmed by the state registers.

In the hour of global mobility, decisions about the delivery and connection of the line are praised by the regional commissions of the Territorial Centers for staffing and social support. According to the lawyer, the TCC and the joint venture may be legally reinstated to pre-line this sub-line, as it has arisen or has changed the basis on which it was drawn up.

In the spring of 2025, a mechanism for automatic continuation of most previously seen lines was installed in Ukraine. We appreciate that the data in the registers will no longer be up to date. If, for example, the disability of one of the fathers is not affected and the lines are not completed, the system, as a rule, will not require re-launching to the TCC. Once the territorial center has completed or canceled such a substitution, the territorial center may be able to continue the line after checking the data.

Maria Ganina expressed her respect that she wants to most often give a line for the entire period of the war, in practice the consequences are eliminated if they are interspersed with a line for a specific subposition. For zocrema, if the registers indicate that the disability is less than a month, the extension can be issued for that period itself, and not for the standard three months. A similar approach should be used for rich fathers, if the eldest child reaches 18 years of age.

The lawyer clearly stated that armoring during mobilization can be considered a practical matter, since the enterprise is losing the status of a critically important.

This rule is no longer the first river and, in other words, will no longer be relevant in the future. The situation is similar with the lighting lines: after completing the initial wagering, you can immediately inform the TCC and SP that there is no more substitution for further winnings from the prize..

Thus, the presence of a line does not mean that its action is guaranteed until the end of the war, and the key factor is the relevance of the lines on which it was given.
