In the latest update of the Army+ application, we added the ability to submit three new reports electronically: for acceptance and delivery of a position, as well as for maternity leave. Thus, their total number in the application increased to 22.

This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. They noted that reports on acceptance and delivery of positions are among the 20 most popular in the army.

These are short reports with which a person must confirm that he agrees to accept or surrender a position. Previously, their registration could take a lot of time, because to submit it you had to go to the office. The update will simplify both the work of businessmen and the routine of the military, who will not have to leave their positions and travel several kilometers just to complete paperwork.

“By reports on acceptance and handing over of a position, the military confirms that they have accepted or handed over the position and responsibilities. Along with them, you may need an acceptance certificate for the position. It can also be filled out and attached in the application. These reports will be a useful addition to the service for changing duty stations, which was launched last year,” noted the Ministry of Defense..

The possibilities for quickly requesting leave have also expanded - now, thanks to the new report, it can be obtained in connection with pregnancy and childbirth. This type of leave is given 126 days: 70 before childbirth and 56 after, in addition, leave can be extended by another 14 days if two or more children are born. All payments are retained.

Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization Ekaterina Chernogorenko added that in the future it is planned to add reports on all grounds that give the right to leave to defenders and defenders.
