The pre-trial investigation established that in the period 2016-2019, an accountant of one of the military units of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, abusing his official position, systematically entered into official documents deliberately false information, and thus embezzled money from the military unit in the total amount of 767 thousand hryvnia.

Also, the crime is qualified for h. 5 st. 191, and h. 2 st. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - misappropriation, embezzlement or seizure of property by abuse of official position and official forgery, which entailed grave consequences.
