The Ministry of Health of Ukraine notes that currently 12 regions of Ukraine are not ready to soften quarantine. Minister Maxim Stepanov said that Volyn, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Lugansk, Nikolaev, Poltava, Rivne, Khmelnitsky, Chernivtsi, Transcarpathian, Kiev region, as well as the city of Kiev are not ready to lift restrictions.
