The chief sanitary doctor, Deputy Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko spoke about whether the Ukrainian medical system can cope with a possible second wave of coronavirus. He noted that during the first wave no one knew what the virus was and how to localize it, now there is more knowledge and the fight against COVID-19.
