On Tuesday, October 9, a working meeting was held in Kharkov between the command of the Eastern UTO of the National Guard of Ukraine, the delegation of the National Armed Forces of Latvia, representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and public organizations of the city of Kharkov, where they discussed issues relating to the implementation of the program of civil military cooperation between the countries.

During the meeting, the parties reached an agreement on the rehabilitation of veterans who were injured while performing service tasks in the ATO area at the Vaivari National Rehabilitation Center located in the city of Jurmala in southern Latvia.
