In Nizhny Tagil bailiffs arrested expensive special equipment for a debt to an individual at 370 thousand rubles.

"The bailiff issued a decree restricting the debtor's right to travel abroad. From the inquiries of registration authorities it became known that the debtor has a front loader.

The bailiff compiled an act of inventory and seizure of property owned by the debtor, namely the XCMG front loader, produced in China in 2014, "the UFSSP of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region.

Not wishing to part with movable property, the debtor partially repaid the amount of debt, namely 120 thousand rubles. Due to this, the special equipment was left to him in responsible custody. That is, the vehicle is located with the debtor, but he has no right to use it, as this can entail criminal liability. After the debt is repaid in full, the vehicle will be lifted.
