April 7 in Canada, a bus broke the youth hockey team "Hambold Broncos", going to the away match of the tournament. The bus had 29 people: killed ten players, a driver, two coaches, an assistant and a commentator. Another 14 people were injured of varying degrees of severity: for example, 18-year-old hockey player Ryan Strachinicki paralyzed below the chest.

Before the playoffs, the whole team bleached hair, which made it difficult to identify the victims. Because of this, there was confusion: the administration of Saskatchewan (the province where the Broncos are based) announced the names of the dead and made a mistake with one name. Because of this, Xavier Labelle was considered dead for more than 24 hours, and Parker Tobin - alive.

Canada is a country where hockey is the main sport, where teams of different leagues and ages are focused on people's attention. The accident became a national tragedy.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that residents are "in shock and mourning" from what happened.

The condolences to relatives of victims were brought by players and clubs of NHL, and some international matches have begun with minute of silence.

Canadians team up to support the families of the dead. Within a few days, they collected six million dollars for them on the goofundme. And on February 9 journalist Brian Munts, who at the beginning of his career covered the matches of the Broncos, said that in Saskatchewan residents put on the porch hockey sticks in honor of young players.

Tweets of Munz became viral, and hundreds of photos of clubs appeared in social networks.
