"Concerning euromanometers, I can say that a very complex economic and political consensus has already been achieved. As a result of the recent protest actions and work in the committee, they came to a decision that the car owners on the euroners will pay a symbolic contribution to the state budget, "said Kirsch.

As for the proposal of some experts to introduce special collection for cars with foreign registration that cross our border, including transit, for example, from Russia to the Crimea or from Europe, then, according to the People's Deputy, the idea is ambiguous.

"For cars with Russian numbers, you can definitely enter such a special collection. As for cars from Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, these countries are supplying us with gas now. Therefore, against the background of deteriorating relations with the same Poland and Hungary, the introduction of additional fees or restrictions is impractical. Such collection can be entered for cars with foreign registration, excluding EU countries, "explained Kirsch.
