It is noted that the Priorix / Priorix vaccine produced by GlaxoSmithKline, Belgium, which has state registration and is re-qualified by WHO. It is effective and safe, and is provided by the state for free.

The Ministry of Health argues that, according to the schedule of supplies, the new party should arrive in Ukraine only in April.

However, due to a severe outbreak of measles, the Ministry of Health ordered an accelerated delivery of the vaccine to the CCP.

Also, the department appealed to parents of children to vaccinate their children from such a dangerous disease as measles, and doctors - to encourage patients to be vaccinated.

As previously reported in "URA-Inform", in 2018 measles vaccine promised to put the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Ukraine,. The organization will provide about 901 thousand. 400 doses of measles vaccines in an accelerated manner at the end of February.
