Representatives of the mission named the locations of concentration of Russian tanks and infantry fighting vehicles: 36 tanks (T-64), which are located near the village of Kruglik in Lugansk region, and five units of towed howitzers (D-30) near the settlement of Yasnoye.

A separate tank detachment in the quantity of 10 units is located to the northeast in the village of Kalinovka, in the same place militants have placed artillery installations, mortar brigades and machine-gun crews.

All this suggests that Russia is considering the option of preparing for the disruption of negotiations on the introduction of peacekeepers in the Donbass.

The OSCE also stated that since the beginning of 2018 there was not a single day that pro-Russian mercenaries did not fire at the positions of the Ukrainian military, the situation on the line of demarcation throughout the eastern front remains tense.
