Over the past few days, an increase in the number of trucks has been recorded at the Yagodin-Dorohusk checkpoints on the Ukrainian-Polish border. This is due to the fact that the route is one of the best routes from Ukraine to Poland and further to other European countries.

This was announced on Monday, February 12, by the press service of the State Border Service of Ukraine. The department also noted that in February, as a rule, the activity of cargo transportation increases.

That is why the Ukrainian control services at the border will work in an enhanced mode, the State Border Service explained, adding that only on February 11, 65 trucks for entry into Ukraine and almost 500 for exit were issued in Yagodin, which is twice the capacity of the checkpoint.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the State Border Service reported that the Ukrainian border guards since the visa-free regime with the European Union and access to the databases Interpol detained 2,1 thousand people who were on the international wanted list.
