The Leninsky district court on February 15 at a preliminary meeting will consider the claim of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Sverdlovsk region to the owner of the "malachite hemisphere" floating in the city pond. About this on his personal page on Facebook, wrote a State Duma deputy Andrei Alshevsky.

An incomprehensible object was placed on the Iset River as early as in the spring of 2014 without registration of permits in the Ministry. As officials have found out, "hlaminu on a city pond" was established by Andrey Hornadud.

"To institute administrative proceedings in the prescribed manner with respect to Gornadud. H is impossible because of evasion from receiving a summons and a copy of the protocol on administrative violation, "the Ministry of Natural Resources replied to the Russian parliamentarian.

Illegal object is on the pond for 4 years already. Public officials and various departments have not yet managed to achieve its elimination.
