So, worldwide poultry production has increased to 100 million tons, which is almost three times more than in 1990. The second largest producer of pork is pork, which in the last 24 years has gained 65 percent of the capacity. In third place - beef, production of which increased by 22 percent to 65 million tons per year.

New exporters-giants, such as Brazil, the United States and the European Union, have emerged to the world markets, which provide the world economy with almost half of this resource.

It is worth noting two more new ones, which managed to significantly increase the export of these products - this is Turkey and Ukraine. In our country, meat consumption has increased by 1.5 times over the past two years, which is due not only to the cheapness of products, but also to the lack of a high tax on its production for entrepreneurs.
