According to Zaev, negotiations are currently underway with the Greek side, the whole process will be transparent and the referendum itself will be under the supervision of foreign observers, both sides will very carefully approach the issue of changing the name of the country. To begin with, a list of options for the title will be offered, and then each citizen of the country will be given the opportunity to vote.
