The official claims that the end of December 2017 - early January 2018, there were about half million ampoules with measles vaccines. Last year, about one and a half ampoules. In the plans for 2018, there are two stages of procurement of vaccines against the disease: one million ampoules of measles will arrive in April, the second will be received by Ukraine in October 2018. In 2017, the Ministry of Health was able to increase the level of planned vaccinations at the age of up to one year from 45 percent to almost 90 percent.

Suprun also insists on strengthening the responsibility for the refusal of vaccination against measles, which must be formalized by law.

Recall that as a result of the outbreak of measles in the Ukrainian capital, 99 cases of the disease. The majority of measles cases are children - 75 people, all of them are now on temporary quarantine.
