To date, there has not been a massive flowering of fruit trees, and therefore the harvest this year, despite the anomalous warmth, will give the gatherings on time. In order for the fruit trees to blossom, not only the desired air temperature is needed, but also a certain amount of light, and in the winter it can only be achieved with the help of greenhouses.

In several areas in the south of Ukraine, there was indeed a premature gardening of leaves, but the flowering of fruit buds did not occur.

In 2018, the harvest will depend on how low the temperatures will be in the second half of winter. Weather forecasters for the remaining two months of winter forecast a drop in air temperature at night to minus 15.
