PJSC "Kievoblgaz" decided to "squeeze" off gas to several large enterprises in Brovary on the eve of the Epiphany frosts. In methods, these businessmen are not particularly sophisticated. Representatives of PJSC "Kievoblgaz", without warning, without having the relevant documents and legal grounds, actually stopped the work of the industrial hub of the city of Brovary. In the early morning of December 21, 2017, the assembly brigades of PJSC "Kyivoblgaz" accompanied by several cars on eurobags arrived to Brovar Independence in Brovary (Kiev region). Under far-fetched pretexts, breach of contract with this gas enterprise: damaged seals, gas leakage, underpayment and. , employees of PJSC "Kievoblgaz" began to conduct a freelance check. The absurdity of the current situation is that representatives of business with PJSC "Kievoblgaz" have no legal relationship. Representatives of industrial enterprises called in the scene of the incident, the police, investigative-operational group and wrote the relevant appeals and statements. The basis for additional charges was the verification of the gas meter, which was carried out with violation of the legal procedure by the employees of PJSC "Kievoblgaz" without the participation of the representatives of LLC "Investments of the Third Millennium".

In this regard, LLC "Investments of the Third Millennium" appealed to law enforcement agencies with a statement on which criminal proceedings were registered and an investigation is being conducted into the counterfeiting of the results of checking the counter by officials of PJSC "Kyivoblgaz".

The Kievoblgas PJSC tries to resolve the conflict through illegal means, trying to physically block the gas supply to several enterprises of the Brovary industrial hub, including OAO BZBK, Plastics Plant, Orientir-Budelement LLC, Brovarsky Aluminum Plant LLC, Eurobeton LLC,.

The culmination of the events were December 21-23, during which, for an unclear solution of the issue, PJSC "Kyivoblgaz" went by detour - attracted more than 100 unknown persons of sports appearance.
