As of noon, on December 19 traffic on the main routes of communication has been cleared, motor transport can again confidently ply its routes. At the moment, clearing continues only in Vinnytsia, Chernigov, Zhitomir, Cherkassy, ??Kirovograd regions and in some places in Zhytomyr region. On these sections of the road the snow cover reaches 15-20 centimeters in height.

Rescue teams continue to help drivers get out of snowy captivity. Over the past 24 hours, assistance was provided to 600 Ukrainian citizens.

As reported in "URA-Inform", earlier Kiev mayor Vitali Klichko checked the course of clearing the capital of the snow.
