One of the accused has already been repeatedly prosecuted. So, in 2007, for committing a robbery, the court ordered her to be sentenced to 1 year in prison. In 2008, for a similar crime, she was sentenced to two years imprisonment. In 2011, she committed three crimes at once, two under Article 115 of the Criminal Code (causing minor bodily harm), another for part 3 of Article 162 of the Criminal Code (robbery), was imprisoned for two years.

Like her unaccountable acquaintance, she did not work anywhere.

The court found both defendants guilty of committing a crime. Previously, a convicted citizen was sentenced to 9 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a general regime colony, her accomplice - 8 years 6 months in a general regime colony. Also, the court granted the claim of the victim's mother for recovery of burial costs and compensation for moral damage.
