Odessa City Council on Thursday, December 14, at the session adopted a decision. It is a question of restriction of retail trade in alcoholic, low-alcoholic drinks and beer in trade networks in territory of Odessa.

As it was said in the resolution, from 10 pm to 9 am the retail sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited and if sellers violate the law, then the supervising authorities are recommended to take all measures stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine and even to deprive licenses for trade.

The city council also explained that such measures were introduced because of numerous complaints from citizens, and also to prevent the number of crimes and violations of public order committed in a state of alcoholic intoxication.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the decision of the Kyiv City Council on the prohibition of the sale of alcohol in kiosks and mobile shopping is illegal. The corresponding decision was made by the Administrative Board of the Kiev Regional Territorial Department of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

According to this decision, it was declared illegal, violating the competition, the decision to sell alcohol in the capital's MAFs.
