According to the information of the department, from December 12, 2017 Ukrzaliznytsia temporarily suspends the service of ticket refund via the Internet. According to the numerous requests of passengers, this decision was taken to prevent the creation of an artificial shortage and further speculation by travel documents for trains.

The analysis showed that tickets for winter holidays are massively and systematically redeemed for resale - most tickets are redeemed in the first minutes of sales opening and at the same time there is a tendency to return a significant part of them at night.

This creates an artificial shortage of tickets.

In connection with this, the temporary return of funds for the landing documents issued via the Internet will be carried out only through the railway ticket offices.

Restrictions will be canceled after the end of the New Year-Christmas carriage.

As previously reported in "URA-Inform", according to the new schedule "Ukrzaliznytsy" from December 10 this year, the trains will run on a new schedule for the movement of passenger trains.
