The prosecutor's office forced the Kamenka farmer to pay the workers a salary

In the Kamensky district, the chairman of the SEC "Smolinsky Klyuchiki" for about a year saved up debts on wages to employees. From January to November 2017, the debt to 12 farmers amounted to 1.1 million rubles.

Labor rights of employees were protected by the prosecutor's office. After the inspection at the enterprise, the department instituted against Nikolai Zubov, chairman of the SEC "Smolinsky Klyuchiki", an administrative case under Article 6 of Article 5.

27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (non-payment or incomplete payment within the established period of wages). Based on the results of the case, Zubov was fined 12,000 rubles.

In addition, the prosecutor's office to the head of the enterprise made a submission demanding to eliminate violations of labor legislation and pay wages to employees, as a result of his consideration, the Chairman of the Agricultural Production Cooperative.

As a result, the chairman completely repaid his salary debt.
