According to him, in most cases violations were detected in the documentation, in particular, during November the college ordered customers to amend the tender documentation for violations of discriminatory conditions in the bidding procedure itself in the amount of one and a half billion hryvnia.
In most cases, the agency obliged customers to cancel the procurement procedure.
In addition, Terentyev complains that the number of applications for violations in the conduct of tender procedures continues to grow, and that there is not always enough time to gather evidence for the cancellation of the penalty tender.
