According to Lysenko, Ukrainian frontier guards of the tenth operational detachment have already arrived in Latvia to prepare for the competitions of special purpose units.
Six other foreign teams take part in the competition, including Latvian servicemen. All tasks and conditions in the tournament will be as close to combat as possible.
"This will be a test of physical training, and knowledge of the theoretical part, and of course shooting from different positions, and in different conditions," stressed Colonel.
