In Pyshma, a 36-year-old local resident will spend a year in a general-regime penal colony for drunk driving. Alexander Evdokimov four times came across traffic cops in a state of alcoholic intoxication. The Kamyshlovsky court found the man guilty of committing a crime under Art.. 264. 1 of the Criminal Code (driving a car by a person who is intoxicated, subject to administrative punishment for driving in a state of intoxication).

As reported in the Prosecutor's Office of the Sverdlovsk region, May 6, 2017, about 22. 00 Evdokimov drove the car in a state of intoxication. He was detained by DPS officers of the OVIBDD of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Pyshminsky district. Based on the results of the survey, the amount of absolute ethyl alcohol in the exhaled air was 1.360 mg / l.



Earlier in 2015, 2016 and July 2017, Alexander Evdokimov sentenced the peace judge to a conviction for committing crimes under article. 264. 1 of the Criminal Code, with the imposition of punishment not related to deprivation of liberty.

The court appointed Alexander Yevdokimov to be sentenced to 1 year of imprisonment in a general regime correctional colony with the deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to the management of all types of vehicles for a period of 3 years.

The verdict of the court did not come into legal force.
